Always double check and spell out your full address. If an incorrect/insufficient address has been provided and the package has been returned to us, we will contact you via email or at the telephone number entered at checkout to request your correct address. An invoice for the cost to resend the package will be sent to you and upon payment of invoice, we will release the package immediately. Note that a refund will not be issued due to a returned package. See return policy.
If your package has shown "attempted delivery" or "delivered", the relationship is now between the customer and the postal carrier. GMP! is not liable for missing packages, will not contact the postal carrier on your behalf and will not replace the item for free unless you have opted for shipping insurance.
