Refund Policy
Refunds / Exchanges
No refunds are permitted. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your unworn item to request an exchange for a different size but it must be the same style and return labels are not provided. To start this process, you will need to contact us at contact@goodmorningpunkin.com Provide the name and address or order number of the item(s). If the exchange is accepted, we will provide you with a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Once the item has been returned to us, inspected and found to be in it's original state, (unworn or unused and in its original packaging) we will notify you and let you know that your exchange was approved. You will then be invoiced for the shipping fee for the exchanged item.
If the item is not in its original state, we will send it back to you and an exchange will not be permitted. You can always contact us with any additional question at contact@goodmorningpunkin.com
